BlueMug (Patch Release)

This release was distributed only as a patch update for previously installed versions.

Reversed the order of files shown under existing programs option.
Removed some curly braces from the source, which were supposedly the source of some errors in the code.

This is the last release where we used pure batch scripts in the automation.

Problems like slow program selector, no proper file dialog for selecting a program before edit...will be dealt in the later releases.

Now supports 4 languages
Has a better designed UI
Many bugs removed especially the ones related to
source filenames with special characters and spaces
were corrected.
