PubMed
Jochem
UniProt
DO (Diesease Ontology)
GO (Gene Ontology)
The system uses Bioasq api to communicate with these data sources
The system uses stanford core nlp and stanford nlp parser to do query expansion
system is written in JAVA and uses eclipse IDE
