This renames the "acknowledgements" module to the "acknowledgements_manager" module.
The public part of this module is currently under a "acknowledgements" subdirectory of htdocs, but it can not be converted to a proper public module because the name is already taken. As this module is used only for the administrative part, this renames it to the "acknowledgements_manager" in order to free up the name in the modules directory and have a consistent nomenclature with other LORIS modules.
