[Cleanup] Remove outdated install instructions#10408

The deprecated_wiki pages about installing LORIS are clearly outdated (ie. they say to install php 7.2) and anyone who stumbles across them is going to be misled. This removes them as all of our documentation points to the RTD installation documentation now.

The deprecated_wiki pages about installing LORIS are clearly outdated (ie. they say to install php 7.2) and start with a warning saying they are deprecated and you should be using RTD instead. Anyone who stumbles across them and doesn't notice is going to be misled.
This removes them as all of our other documentation points to the RTD installation documentation already.
