omniEngine

This will be the engine that drives the data for the Omniwallet back end database

Currently in development.

rpcclient.py Handles interactions with data sources (mastercore etc..)

sql.py Handles interactions with data storage (postgres database) uses ~/.omni/sql.conf for config variables
