Install and configure the Graphite metrics storage monitoring system on OpenIndiana Hipster.

Limitations

• Not all permission issues resolved.
• Only configures single, local instance.
• FIXED, disabled in config: whisper.py auto-detection of fallocate fails on ZFS: see graphite-project/whisper#79
• Variables need documenting.
• Still a work in progress.
