Analysis based on the IPL dataset spanning from 2008 to 2020, sourced from Kaggle, the objective is to examine the performance of players in the final over during each season. The analysis incorporates T20 International rankings data from 2008 to the present scrapped from Reliance Rankings. Specifically, the focus is on batsmen and their respective opponents in the final over. The comparison involves assessing the batsmen and bowler performance based on their T20I rankings during the same period, providing insights into the correlation between player rankings and their performance in the final over across multiple IPL seasons.
