After shipping

• Empty "Generator" folder in the third-party Plug-Ins folder
• Generator setting is "undefined"

Enabling Generator

• Checking the checkbox in the Preferences
• Only when Generator setting is "undefined": Installing a Generator plugin in the third-party Plug-Ins folder
• Generator setting is "enabled"
• Generator should be started

Disabling Generator

• Unchecking the checkbox in the Preferences
• Generator setting is "disabled"
• Generator should be terminated

Replacing Generator while running

• When a new Generator process connects, an existing one should be terminated
• If no external Generator is connected (via TCP), and the Generator setting is "enabled", Generator should be started again

Photoshop exits (or crashes)

• Generator processes should quit as well
