Add support for Multi-Arm Bandit variant split overrides.
You can enable MAB via the
Experiment Self Learning | Truemetadata.And the engine will, by default, load the file at
/experiments.mab.jsonto get the MAB config. This can be modified via themabConfigplugin option if needed
