When relation is other, the associated field allows URL and DOI. If entry looks like a bibcode, it is validated

When relation is 'other', the associated field allows URL and DOI.
If entry looks like a bibcode, it is verified to be a valid bibcode.
Otherwise it should contain '/' and we just assume it is a URL or DOI
