This pull request updates the documentation to provide clear instructions for running the CLI tool in different environments, and bumps the package version to reflect these changes.

README.mdto include a new "Run modes" section, detailing how to use the CLI globally (via npm), locally (from a built distribution), and in development (withts-node), with example commands for each scenario and additional usage tips.Version update:
