labcodeset schema has been updated to v6

In the new version of the schema:

  • the materials table and method table have been removed
  • Each <lab_concept> element retains its list of materials, but those elements refer directly to the snomedId & displayName
  • materials ValueSet only contains materials that are actually used by lab_concepts
