The main novelty in STRIKE-GOLDD 4.0.2 is that the automatic reparameterization function, AutoRepar, analyses structural identifiability and observability by calling the ProbObsTest algorithm instead of FISPO. This change leads to significant speed-ups, which for certain models can be of several orders of magnitude.
