Java developer with 8 years of experience in Web and middleware application development.

I have been working with popular java frameworks like Spring and Struts2 and built various systems with differing levels of complexity and criticalities with 0 Production fallbacks or post-production bugs.

I have experience in both working alone and in teams, communicating directly with client representatives and/or onsite team members. I also have experience with -

1. design and planning high level project architecture
2. creating application wire-frames
3. technical documentation
4. creating project plans and delivery schedules

I have proven skills to learn while on the job and producing acceptable results while finding ways to enhance and improve pace and quality of delivery.

I have mentored several junior members in the various teams I have worked tracking and improving their on the job knowledge and performance.

I also make periodic presentations and knowledge sharing sessions about new tools and technologoies to various teams sharing their effective usage and best practices learnt on the job.

I also contribute as an active member in a group of Technical advisors and Quality Assurance in our current project for my current employer.
