Thoughts for next hackathon

  • hopefully it is not virtual!
  • Have some time for those that run each booth to walk around to other booths to see the demos
  • github repo for each year where presenters link their repos in a readme or upload their demo notebooks

Installing Python

Install python on windows machine: link

My work

My packages (laserlab for instrument control, data_analysis for photonic-device and laser frequency noise analysis) will move to public open source probably by 2022. This includes code for red pitaya control, which I use in my lab for laser frequency stabilization.
