Transitionnal version : feed-io integration

In version 3.0, feed-io will be fully integrated in rss-atom-bundle and will replace the Protocol and Driver namespaces.

2.5 brings :

• the deprecation list
• the upgrade guide
• feed-io is used in the MockProvider
• StreamController supports feeds built with feed-io
