fix: patching tealer 3.12 compatibility

Fixes the below issues when executing on 3.12:

tealer: AttributeError: module 'pkgutil' has no attribute 'ImpImporter'. Did you mean: 'zipimporter'?

Proposed Changes

• Follow up to my comment in ci: native binaries  #382 (comment), tealer still has compatibility issues with 3.12 and this pr temporarily changes the tealer to point to our own fork which currently hosts latest 3.12 fixes from Tealer team that they are yet to publish on pypi. As soon as its available on pypi we can change the installer pack to the wheel from pypi locked to a particular version.
