PR Title: Update README

Issue No: [https://github.com//issues/9]

Description:

This PR edits the README file to make it more user-friendly. The title of the repo and a brief overview have been added. I've also removed the NodeJS TODO tasks because they were duplicated, thereby enhancing legibility. A new heading has been added at the end for contributions. The site's reference has also been shifted towards the very end.
