This PR adds the IOGroup plugin to interface GEOPM with Variorum. Following new files have been added:

VariorumFieldSignal.cpp
VariorumFieldSignal.hpp
VariorumIO.cpp
VariorumIO.hpp
VariorumIOGroup.cpp
VariorumIOGroup.hpp
VariorumImp.hpp
Corresponding changes required in Variorum to support this integration have been added.
