Proxy rpc requests to specified url, but make errors readable.

Launch

npm i
PROXY_TO=https://network.ambrosus-dev.io PORT=8080 node ./index.js

Env vars:

• PROXY_TO - url to proxy requests to
• PORT - port to listen on
