Distroless FreeNGINX with HTTP/3 and QUIC support🚀

The Docker image is ready to use:

• Scanned by vulnerability scanners: GitHub, Docker Scout, Snyk, Grype, Dockle and Syft;
• Prioritize ChaCha cipher patch and anonymous signature - removed "Server" header ("banner"):
