Anbindung von Sipgate
Sipgate has different settings in GS3 depending on the product you have registered for.
Within your account at Sipgate (https://secure.sipgate.de/user/settings.php#phones) you will find all user/password information for your phone numbers.
SIP Gateways: Add "@sipgate.de" to your username, thus it will look like "<account number>e<ext>@sipgate.de".

You do not have to enter anything for Outbound caller-ID if you use the MSN numbers within your user setup. If you are modifying the Outbound caller-ID do not forget the leading ^ otherwise your outgoing calls will fail as it it will match any case within a number with unpredictable results.
Within your account at Sipgate (https://secure.live.sipgate.de/settings/trunking/) follow the link to your phone base line (https://secure.live.sipgate.de/settings/trunking/detailtrunk/for/ <your sipgate connect account>)
At the bottom of the page you'll find the setting for the SIP gateway.
SIP Gateways: Add "@sipconnect.sipgate.de" to your username, thus it will look like "<account number>t0@sipconnect.sipgate.de".
Gateway group: Check the Outbound caller-ID within the Gateway Groups on the Sipgate sipconnect entry, it should contain the mapping to the base trunk number, where something like the following example could probably work for you

4989<base trunk number>$1
where we assume the country is Germany (49) the area code (89) is Munich, the base trunk number has to be replaced by you and $1 will add your extension out of the pattern (.*) in previous line.
Check the Inbound DIDs within the Gateway Groups to map the incoming number to the extensions of your configured users. Something like the following example could probably work for you
^(?:(?:49|0)89)?<base number>(.*)
$1
The example says you are in Germany (49) have an area code of Munich (89) and your users/extensions have the plain extension configured (everything behind the base number).
