Bugfix release with a few enhancements

Changes in this release:

• fixed data corruption bug when saving a file. Only occured when data in variable length fields was shortened.
• slightly improved editing for B_FLOAT_TYPE and B_DOUBLE_TYPE fields.
• Data and edit windows are now modal.
• added application icon
• updated language translations from PolyGlot
• window look for all windows is now B_DOCUMENT_WINDOW_LOOK -> easier to resize

Please note: the default Makefile now generates debug builds. For release builds please use Makefile.release
