A simple MATLAB code to show an optimized implementation of the Virtual Element Method for the Poisson equation.

Some of the meshes included in the input folder are generated using Polymesher.
The mesh contained in input/mole.mat is inspired by the famous Mole Antonelliana of Turin and was generated by Matias Benedetto.
