Parse schemas and integrate onto SMW

python schemaParse/DataCite2MW.py

run without debug mode: python -O schemaParse/DataCite2MW.py

make template more general purpose
- How similar in DC MW template to other Schemas templates?
- no need to have Datacite hardcoded
