v1.5.1

I'm starting to make releases for each major and minor increases in version number. For patches I will only use lightweight tags. This is the first release on this new schema.

• Can create projects and groups from top menu.
• Send weekly email notifications in groups with updated bibliography recomendations.
• Better styling of bibliography items in group section.
• Finer scale for time picking in group tasks.

• Render html in messages at the group-admin pages.

This is the app as submitted to the first phase of the Google Cloud Development Challenge 2013 (changing the app.yaml and generic.py files to reflect the appropriate domain, of course).

Since I think it's fairly stable and with a decent set of features I'm marking it as 1.0.0 and i will start a more strict versioning scheme from now on.
