This is a very special pull request, and as such it needs an in-depth explanation.
Troika might've been the greatest video game developer of time if they managed to survive long enough, however unfortunately the state of their dire financials meant that they had to ship all their games in an alpha state. Troika was founded by ex-employees of Interplay who created Fallout and left at the beginning of Fallout 2. Even though Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines was eventually crowned a cult classic and one of the best RPGs of all time despite its flaws, it was a financial failure due to been made on an unfinished version of Half-Life 2 Source Engine and forced to be released in a buggy state by the publisher Activision in the launch day of Half Life 2!
So due to these sad circumstances, Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines has a LOT of cut content. Here is where composer Rik Schaffer enters! A lot of incredible songs had to be cut out of the game, one way or another. But fortunately, due to
Wesp5's (and some others) efforts a lot of the cut content has been restored to the game, including the incredible soundtrack! It has been such an incredible restoration effort, even recognized and lauded by the game's developers, so much so that all the cut music has been now been officially released by Rik Schaffer on the major audio platforms!
Anyway, I think that you should add this soundscape because it not only features high quality music, but also it was especially designed as immersive background ambience. A quick YouTube search, and you will find hundreds of ASMR or ambience videos featuring not only the incredible soundtrack by Rik Schaffer but some just the background noise for each city hub in VTMB! As such, I think this would be a great addition to your plugin. Thanks for reading this huge text!
