Overview

These are my files for analyzing facial expression data of mice from SLEAP (Social-LEAP) output files in .h5 format. Please see the SLEAP documentation for more information on how to use SLEAP. The specific files I am using are the outputs from the sleap-convert command.

• facial_expr_analysis.ipynb & facial_expr_analysis.py: Jupyter notebook for analyzing SLEAP output files.
• video-key.py: Python script for creating a visual representation of the output from facial_expr_analysis
• quick-graph-*.ipynb & graphing.py: Jupyter notebooks for quickly graphing the output from facial_expr_analysis
• sandbox.py: Python script for testing out code snippets
• video-processing.log: Log file for the video processing pipeline of video-key.py
