The strings "nil", "functionsPlaceholder", and "stdlibPlaceholder" all parse to Nockma nil.

In the nockma parser (e.g used when running
juvix dev nockma run), the strings "nil", "functionsPlaceholder", and "stdlibPlaceholder" all parse to Nockma nil.We added
stdlibPlaceholderin:but we forgot to add it to the parser.
