To use:

1. Save all files in your extension directory.
2. Open Chrome and go to chrome://extensions/.
3. Enable "Developer mode" at the top right.
4. Click "Load unpacked" and select your extension's directory.
5. The extension should now appear in the Chrome toolbar. It's best to pin it now so it doesn't disappear :)

Click the icon and you'll open a random bookmark!
