Here, we present the code to run the analysis in R. The CMS output files are too big for both this repository and the associated figshare repository(https://figshare.com/s/200b01482fdbb5597ef5). However, scripts for CMS are located within the scripts folder. The figshare repository holds the R data file another copy of the microsatellite csv file.
