New RA Forms and Instructions:

For Students

• Access Request Form
• Code of Conduct Form
• CITI Training Certificate of Completion
• Go to Citi Program and complete SBRCR and HIPS
• Make sure to complete module with “Belmont Report” in it
• Copy of Panther ID
• Background Release Forms

For Volunteers

• All of the above PLUS
• Volunteer A and B forms

To acquire AD Accounts

• Volunteer A and B forms
• POI Form

• Create an account on http://www.codecademy.com/
• Start the Python Module
• Start the Bash Module (“Learn the Command Line”)
• OR, in lieu of Python Module, register for “Programming for Everybody” on Coursera.com
• Complete UM MRI Training (Contact Melyza for dates/times - mcasanova@miami.edu)
