Play Ultimate tic tac toe game with artificial intelligence

Utimate tic tac toe: similar to regular tic tac toe but expanded to 9x9 including 9 small 3x3 squares, the player wins if he wins according to the big chessboard

The game is made according to 2 rules:

• Old rule: Block that won can still enter
• New rule: Blocks won't be able to enter

Run the game:

• Run the test_game.py file, replace at the end of the file to select the objects and the order of battle
