What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Add multiple standby namenode in HA setup. This patch introduces option in the Actions dropdown in HDFS to add additional standby namenodes.

Cluster setup with HDFS and Zookeeper,
Enabled HA
Add multiple namenode via the wizard
