…into analysis fixing problems with big nb files
It's ugly and probably doesn't work well, but needed a quick way to run n classifiers with random perturbations without loading the data into memory each time.

These are the changes I've made for testing/cleaning the unedited US-multi2 data with models trained on other datasets. These data are now hosted at /swot2/features/tsv_all (base_dir in the config file).
