Description of Changes
Updated the existing Volcano Preparedness page (volcano.html) in the public/7. GetEducated/ directory to meet the "Text + Video" resource requirement.
Content Upgrade: Refactored the existing page to include comprehensive safety guidelines for Ashfall, Lahars, and Evacuation, along with real-life case studies.
Video Integration: Added a responsive, embed-safe USGS educational video (replacing static content) to provide visual safety instructions.
Technical Fixes: Corrected relative file paths for CSS (style.css), favicons, and the AI Chatbot script to ensure the page renders correctly within the sub-directory.
UI Consistency: Aligned the layout and styling with the project's standard template (e.g., matching headers, footers, and card styles).
