Description of Changes

Added a new Chemical Attack Safety Tips page (public/7.GetEducated/pages/chemical.html) under the GetEducated section. The page includes:

• What a chemical attack is
• Early warning signs to look out for
• How to prepare before an attack
• What to do during a chemical attack
• Additional resources and emergency links

Also updated GetEducated.html to include a navigation link to the new chemical attack page.
