I've also got a branch on my repo where I've ripped out all the flash attention and awq quant stuff out of upstream 4.5.0 and rebased your fork onto that, if you wanna check that out.
the argument order bug (which was always present) only became clear due to a 4.2.0 change that added group convolutions
