1.Port FreeModbus1.5 and RT-Thread1.1.1 to STM32F103.
2.Support 3 IDE : Eclipse .Keil and IAR project has some problem,suggest to use the latest version.
3.Version control use git.
4.Modbus slave function support DiscreteInput,Coil,RegInput and RegHolding.
5.Modbus master function support RegHolding.DiscreteInput,Coil and RegInput will be added in the near future.
