Constraints:

1. Less than 120 square feet
2. Total Height Less than 17 feet
3. No decks more than 30 inches above grade
4. No retaining walls more than 30 inches in height
5. No indoor plumbing
6. No line-voltage wiring (low voltage is OK
7. Stucture can be disassembled leaving a conforming deck less than 200 square feet in area and having no part more than 30 inches from grade.
