Some strange behavior with the "loading" results not loading
Subclassed https://github.com/CloudCannon/pagefind/blob/main/pagefind_ui/modular/components/input.js to support running a blank search at page load so we start with some results

Change Summary
Switch from the Pagefind Default UI to Pagefind Modular UI (still in beta) for more control over UI and the ability to customize components so we can trigger null searches and sort filters by result counts.
