Python and Mac Support

Following are the major changes for this release :

• MAC OSX Support Added. Same install.sh file can be used for MAC
• Codechef issues fixed. Works with https and new dynamic DOM creation implemented by codechef
• Adds a whole new Python button for all websites - Thanks to Sahil!
• Major bug fixes

Code Now - CodeChef, SPOJ, CodeForces

This release fixes the SPOJ bugs - as is now compatible with the new GUI of SPOJ.

Apart from that, this release also adds support for the CodeForces.
The logo of the Plugin has also been changed in this release.
