This is rrep, a pattern replacement utility that searches input files for
matches to a given pattern and replaces those matches by a given replacement
string.  The replacement string may contain special characters to refer to
portions of the matched pattern.  rrep comes with support for regular
expressions, recursive directory processing, simulation, prompting and much
more.
