Coingate Gateway extension for Paymenter

Paymenter extension to use Coingate Crypto Payment Gateway.

Installation

1. Download latest release from Github.
2. Create directory Coingate at /var/www/paymenter/app/Extensions/Gateways.
3. UnZip and upload files at /var/www/paymenter/app/Extensions/Gateways/Coingate.
4. Login into admin area and go to Extensions -> Coingate -> Edit, fill Auth Token field and enable it to activate extension.
