Some inspiration how the hardware can be done. If you want to show your photoframe as well, just create an issue with some details and images of your solution.

The first

This was the birth of photOS. Some more pictures of the wood work can be found at my blog (German).

The copy

This frame is almost an exact copy of my first frame as gift for my parents.

The tree

This frame was created from solid wood and hangs now in Jans floor. Find more details at his blog (German).

The easy

This frame is based on the 10.1 Inch IPS LCD Monitor for Raspberry Pi by SunFounder. Although slightly more expensive, it is very easy to assemble. It is designed for Raspberry Pi 4, but a Raspberry Pi Zero W also fits well into the case. Just the included USB-A to USB-C cable and the HDMI to Micro-HDMI cable have to be exchanged by USB-A to Micro-USB and HDMI to Mini-HDMI cables. Everyting is nicely hidden within the case.
