This commit adds multilingual support to the Rock Paper Scissors game, improving accessibility and inclusiveness for non-English-speaking users. Key Features: - Introduced a language selection prompt at the start of the game. - Externalized all user-facing text into a translation dictionary. - Added support for the following languages: - English (default) - Hindi - Spanish - French - Tamil - Bengali Fixes- aviralshukla12#12
