./mvnw.cmd clean install

Motivation and Context

./mvnw clean install

Skip tests, checkstyles, findbugs, etc for quick build

./mvnw clean install -P quick

Build a specific service module

./mvnw clean install -pl :s3 -P quick --am

Modifications
