Exclude caffeine jandex.idx from bundle

Motivation and Context

The bundle transitively includes caffeine-2.9.3 via the aws-s3-accessgrants-java-plugin dependency.

Per ben-manes/caffeine#628 caffeine itself does not use Jandex (and removed it in the next version 3.0.0).
