Feature/deploy changes

• Changes on Airflow UI for cornflow env (custom colors taken from webpage)
• Upgrade Gurobi optimizer to 10
• Changes on yaml docker-compose files (group env and volumes of container services)
• Create logs empty folder because of celery volume deployment errors

I forgot to attach a screenshot of the Airflow UI. Main changes are:

• Color of the navbar
• New color for task´s states
• Name of instance
