Overview

The challenge

Users should be able to:

• See all countries from the API on the homepage
• Search for a country using an input field
• Filter countries by region
• Click on a country to see more detailed information on a separate page
• Click through to the border countries on the detail page
• Toggle the color scheme between light and dark mode (optional)

Running the project

The first step is install Node.js

Installation

Install npm packages running

$ npm install

Running the application

• Create .env file with these variables

VITE_COUNTRIES_API_URL=https://restcountries.com/v3.1/

• Run the proyect

$ npm run dev

Check prettier and eslint

• Check prettier format

$ npm run prettier

• Fix prettier format

$ npm run prettier:format

• Fix eslint format

$ npm run eslint
